Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If the order has already been sent to the you we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was cancelled, accept delivery of the item and call us for return instructions.
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If you receive an item and it is not what you expected, return it within 5 days for a full refund less shippping charges. Items sent back must be in the orginal carton and in the condtion sent to you by us. If you received an item that was damaged due to shipping and handling, please call the carrier. We insure all pieces. We will not be responsible for items damaged in transit.
How will I know when I will receive my Special Order?
We verify all orders within 24 hours. We will contact all customers about their special order to verify their requests. At that time, you will be given a approximate time of delivery.
Shipping FAQs
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via USPS Priority is 3-5 days. Upon request, we will ship overnight or two-day express at customer cost. Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, you have the option of using a dirrerent shipping address.
How are shipping charges calculated?
We use a percentage of price method because our products vary so much in size but not so much in weight. Therefore our costs are in packaging rather than shipping. Also, we pack all shipments as if they were extremely fragile. We have had very few damaged in transit.
